Refund Policy

At Chatbulky, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. Refund eligibility varies based on the type of purchase:

• Digital software products are non-refundable once the license key or download link has been delivered
• Service-based purchases (e.g., Google Reviews, WhatsApp Promotions) may qualify for a partial refund if work has not yet commenced
• Custom or personalized services are non-refundable once development or execution has begun

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

• Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for the refund
• Include your payment receipt or transaction ID for faster processing
• Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow the following processing times:

• UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• Wallet payments: 2–3 business days

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after digital product delivery
• Failure to use the product or service within the specified validity period
• Issues caused by incompatible devices, software, or user error
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Duplicate purchases (credit will be applied to your account instead)

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. These include situations where a service has been partially delivered or where technical issues prevented full delivery of the purchased service.
